The Fixt platform is built on the latest property maintenance management technology, giving clients real-time visibility and a seamless service experience.
Each client receives secure login details, allowing access to project information specific to their property or job.
Automated SMS and email notifications are sent in advance, confirming the scheduled date and time of arrival for your assigned technician.
All logged maintenance calls and tasks are scheduled through our Fixt tracking system and documented in a comprehensive report. This includes clear, itemised pricing issued for client approval prior to work commencing.
Upon completion, the report outlines the cause of the issue, any parts replaced, and includes before-and-after images of the affected area, ensuring full visibility and accountability.
Once the work has been completed and signed off on site by both the technician and the client, the report is automatically issued to both our office and the client.
All Fixt vehicles are equipped with live tracking systems, enabling real-time location visibility of our technicians and ensuring accurate arrival times and efficient service delivery.
